Harvey Improves but Still Struggles

This afternoon in Rochester, Matt Harvey made his second appearance of the season. He went 5 innings allowing 2 runs on 7 hits while striking out 4 and walking 1. Although better than his first start of the season, Harvey still struggled, pitching out of jams in 3 of his 5 innings of work.
